Upon siging up with our Network Management Contract, you will receive Unlimited On-Site Support. On-Site support is typically our last option, unless it is a problem that absolutely requires a physical presence at your office, such as crashed server or network outage.

Our On-Site Support Service hours are:

  • Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
  • Closed on Saturday
  • Closed on Sunday

We have found these are the hours most businesses are in operation. If you need added support during hours not listed, please contact us and we'll work out a plan that meets your needs.
